2025 Program Details

 Eligibility

  • Open to youth, adult, and semi-professional soccer teams.
  • Teams must demonstrate community engagement and a commitment to representing Soccer Post positively.

Benefits for Teams

  • Discount on Uniforms: Teams receive a 15% discount on all uniform orders.
  • Discount on Gear: Players and coaches receive a 15% discount on in-store gear (cleats, apparel, accessories).
  • Exclusive Promotions: Early access to Soccer Post sales and promotions.

Requirements for Teams

  • Logo Placement: The Soccer Post logo must be prominently displayed on all team uniforms (placement can be on the sleeve, chest, or back, as agreed).
  • Social Media Tagging: Teams must tag Soccer Post Northwest in at least five social media posts per season.
  • Event Participation: Teams must participate in at least one Soccer Post community event (e.g., grand openings, meet-and-greet sessions with sponsored players).

Application Process

  • Application Form: Teams complete the online application form via the Soccer Post website.
    • Team name, division/league, and a brief description of their goals and activities.
  • Review and Approval: The Soccer Post Northwest sponsorship team reviews applications within two weeks.
  • Contract Agreement: Approved teams sign a sponsorship agreement outlining benefits and requirements.

Promotion and Branding

  • Soccer Post provides heat-transfer logos for uniform printing (free of charge for sponsored teams).
  • Sponsored teams will receive promotional materials (e.g., banners, flyers) to display at games or events.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Teams must submit a mid-season and end-of-season report, including photos of games/events where the Soccer Post logo was visible and a summary of social media promotion.
  • Continued sponsorship is contingent on meeting these requirements.
